This Pocket of Healing focuses on releasing the deep emotional vibrations related to feeling rejected, abandoned, or disconnected:

Fear of Rejection — the anxiety that you will be dismissed, excluded, or not accepted by others
Fear of Abandonment — worry or belief that loved ones will leave or withdraw their support
Loneliness — the vibration of isolation and disconnection from meaningful relationships

These energies often cause emotional withdrawal, overdependence, or difficulty trusting others. Physically, they may show as chest tightness, heart palpitations, or a heaviness in the body.
