This Pocket of Healing targets the often-unconscious patterns of judgment — towards others, toward yourself, or life itself — as well as harsh internal criticism and energetic disrespect.

Judgment — directed outward or inward, it creates separation, shame, and energetic disconnection
Criticism — the inner voice that says “you should have known better,” “you’re not doing it right,” or “you’re not good enough”
Lack of Respect — whether experienced from others or turned inward through self-sabotage or neglect, this energy corrodes self-trust and inner harmony

These vibrations can silently shape our relationships, block intimacy, or make us hypersensitive to perceived slights and rejection. They’re often inherited from family dynamics, schooling, religious systems, or past life karmic patterns — leaving behind layers of emotional pain that distort how we see ourselves and others.
